About the Company

DiamondWater and DiamondWater Construction were founded by Betsy C. Clark in 2007. Growing up in Cali, Colombia, Betsy came to the United States more than 25 years ago. While raising her family in the U.S., Betsy became involved in neighborhood associations and worked with associations on zoning and infrastructure projects helping homeowners understand the impacts. Later, she became involved with community colleges teaching Spanish, marketing, and business management.

With a keen interest in the environment and a core understanding of construction and engineering, Betsy established the firm s after working for several years with a regional engineering and construction firm. Today, DiamondWater, LLP and its parent company, DiamondWater Construction, LLC, have established themselves as leaders in engineering and construction services, including commercial construction; infrastructure design for the military; and water, sewer, stormwater design for municipalities.
