Betsy is responsible for program management, quality assurance, overall client management, and resource acquisition and allocation. Over the years, she has been involved in engineering and construction management projects ranging from construction to mining operation projects in Latin America and the US. Her expertise includes: development of project specifications, including general provisions; review and evaluation of bid documents and award recommendations; planning meetings and scope evaluations; contract negotiations; quality control assurance; cost control and adherence to schedule; claims control, claims management and change order negotiations; and review and execution of proper safety standards.
Corey A. McDonough

Corey has over 20 years of extensive experience managing projects. His expertise in construction program management on projects over $50M and military projects includes: project management, business planning, and analysis; risk management, training, and development; development and implementation of innovative strategies to significantly reduce cost and maximize internal efficiency; development of project specifications, including general provisions; evaluation of bid documents, award recommendations, and contract negotiations; planning meetings and scope evaluations; quality control assurance; cost control and adherence to schedule; claims management and change order negotiations; and execution of proper safety standards.
Prentice A. Tyndall, Jr., PE

Prentice is a licensed professional engineer with more than 16 years of experience. He takes an active role in project design, management, and delivery. Prentice specializes in structural engineering for commercial and residential facilities ranging from office buildings in excess of 60,000 SF to residential structures ranging from 2,000 to over 11,000 SF. He has extensive experience in highly complicated commercial retaining walls, over two million SF of retaining wall design experience, and over four years of experience in construction materials testing and geotechnical engineering. Prentice has also performed and supervised the quality assurance testing and inspection on several private, industrial, and government projects.
Sigourney Clark

Sigourney recently completed her Associates degree in Business at Wake Technical Community College and is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Construction Management at North Carolina State University. Her expertise includes field construction and she has served as a construction administration assistant on many DiamondWater construction projects.
Anastasia M. Clark
General Manager
DiamondWater, LLP
Anastasia is presently pursuing her Associates degree in Engineering at Wake Technical Community College and will transfer to North Carolina State University to complete her Bachelors. Her expertise includes CAD services and, upon completion of her Bacheolrs degree, will bring mechanical engineering services to DiamondWater, LLP.
